KG, Leverkusen, entwickelt und produziert seit 1946 Regelger\u00e4te und -einrichtungen f\u00fcr die Temperaturund Druckregelung. Das Standardprogramm an eigengesteuerten Temperaturreglern mit Dehnstoffelementen oder W\u00e4rmef\u00fchlern wurde st\u00e4ndig erweitert und wird heute auch in der Luftfahrt, in Kernkraftwerken und in Windkraftanlagen eingesetzt. Das alte System mit seiner nicht benutzerorientierten Oberfl\u00e4che war umst\u00e4ndlich zu bedienen und sehr st\u00f6rungsanf\u00e4llig. Gesucht wurde daher ein modernes, datenbankorientiertes ERP\/PPS-System mit klarer Gliederung der Module und einem wesentlich erweiterten Funktionsumfang vor allem in der Lagerwirtschaft, Disposition und dem Berichtswesen. Die Entscheidung f\u00fcr TimeLine fiel Ende Mai 2005; nach kleineren Anpassungen im Belegwesen startete man nach einer nur zweiw\u00f6chigen Umstellungsphase mit dem Echtbetrieb.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><em>\u201eWir wollten kein spezifisch auf uns ausgerichtetes System, sondern so weit wie m\u00f6glich im Standard arbeiten. Da auch Auftr\u00e4ge an externe Fertiger als verl\u00e4ngerte Werkbank gegeben werden, unterst\u00fctzt dieses Modul den integrierten Ablauf in Einkauf und Produktion. Die Dispo-Zeit hat sich von bisher vier Stunden auf jetzt lediglich eine halbe Stunde reduziert. Durch plausiblere Einkaufsplanung und aktuellere Materialwirtschaft konnte das im Lager gebundene Kapital von 450.000 auf 330.000 \u20ac gesenkt werden.
